今月は、世間並みの練習量になってきたんやなー。

最近は選手の脂肪燃焼作戦に変化つけてます。一部選手は、陸上エアロビックプログラムに挑戦。
(そーそースタジオで初級エアロとか格闘技系とか・・楽しいですよ)
女子選手は特に、泳力上がれば上がるほど水中でのエアロビックでは、脂肪は燃えないですよね。
理由→上達=最小のエネルギーで泳げるってこと。水温から体を守ろうとする。練習量増えた分だけ
たくさん食べる(~_~;)

脂肪燃焼するには、自分の体重で汗をかき、筋力に変える。ってのが一番のよーです。
水中でもPOWER系入れてきてます。バケツひっぱったりー。

マジかよバケツ練習方法

1.掃除用金属製バケツをよく洗う(笑)。(プラスチックは壊れちゃうでしょ)
2.取っ手に強いロープをつける。(体にはロングチューブ用のベルトで固定、なければ適当に)
3.そのまま引っ張ると水底をはってしまうので、ヘルパー5〜6個をつけて浮かす。
4.全力で泳ぐ。
5.筋肉痛。

人が一番生き生きするとき→始めてのことをするときのよーですな。

なぜか、WEB作成ソフトでHP開けなくなっちゃいました。それもSUNの
サイトのみ。水連のも作ってますが開くんだなこれが。
で、DLし直しました。もしかして、ワークアウトマネージャーでDOS開いて
同時に処理してたので、何かさわったかなー。まーよく分かりません^^。

で、先週から体調不良さんが多くて、ぼちぼちモードです。

このサイトってどんな風に見られているのかちょっと興味ありますね〜。

11日が新年フェスなので、7日に一度休みいれたら別人28号で泳げない。これが^^;。
ハードトレーニング後のオフ翌日は例えたら、徹夜した後の深い眠りから目覚めるのに
時間かかるみたいなの・・かな。体がガーって回復作業入ってるんでしょうね。
で、分かってるのに腹たってしまう。ガーって。まだまだ未熟な私でした。

☆プリンちゃん学校に戻る☆

冬休み入ってから、1年生で飼っていたザリガニの”ぷりんちゃん”を娘が家に持って
帰ってきました。

「おしょうがつあいだ、えさあげるひといないから、だれかいえでかってくれませんか?って
せんせいがゆーたから、てーあげてわたしがめんどーみます!」っていったそうだ。

2才の弟は、もって帰ってきたザリガニみて「えびさんたべれるん?」
「・・・・」おねえちゃん「ぜったいたべたらあかんでー」って怒ってたって(笑)。

お正月料理のえびやしゃこ(わかります?)をみんなでおいしく食べながら、
かたや一生懸命えさあげて水かえて(ほぼ母親の仕事となってたが)休みあけるまで
めんどーみてるし、かたやアー美味しいって食べられちゃったりして。

ザリガニもえびもあんまり変わらんのにね。

アフリカでライオンが獲物をしとめてかぶりついている映像みて、かわいそうっ!て子供は
いいながら焼肉食べてたりー。

なんか不思議ですね、私たちは・・。

まーそんなこんなで無事、ぷりんちゃんは学校に戻りましたとさ。

後日談
「おかあさん!せんせいがね、ザリガニそだてのめいじん(名人)さんにかんしゃのきもちで
みんなでおてがみかきましょう!やって」
