先日、市内の小学校の全体研修に行ってきました。学校の先生方約100名(@_@) の参加で、内容は机上勉強会と水中でのクロール指導について講習を実施しました。 うーんとしゃべりは結構?すきなんですが、まだまだうまく伝えられなかったかな。 水中では私も久々コーチしまして、とても楽しかったです。 クロールの習得について、ホビングジャンプから浮き身、キックへ。スタンドでの ストロークから呼吸方法と泳者への補助方法を練習しました。 私のやり方は”シンプル”です。子供へは大切なことを”シンプル”に教えるのが 一番ですもんね。 こんな機会を与えていただき感謝しております。ありがとうございました。 K-1の6月ページでお礼いっても仕方ないか(^^♪ 基本はやっぱり初心指導ですよね。 子供たちの「やったー!できたー^^」ほどうれしいことはありません。 日めくりでゆうとコレとコレですか。 以下、最近のシンプルな練習(どこが・・・)。県高校感想は後記。

ちーす! 6月まだアップしてなかったのね。ごめんくさい。 いよいよ(水泳の場合、一年を通していよいよっていってるみたい(~_~;) シーズンですね。夏の目標向けてがんばりやしょ。 やはり、夏は中学、高校に合わせて行きたいですね。
いきなりですが、今日は「呼吸」について
腹式呼吸って体にいいってよくいわれるけど、なぜ人間は胸式呼吸になったんでしょ。 どない思います? 推測1.4足歩行から2足歩行になって、臓器のバランスが変わったから。 2.人間社会がリラックスしてては生活できないようになったから。 3.? 赤ちゃんって腹式呼吸ですよね。でだんだん人間らしくなるにつれ変わってくるのかな。 これって、右脳思考→左脳思考なんかとも関係あるんでしょうか。 水泳は腹式呼吸?なんででしょ。水圧・・フラット姿勢・・・っちゅうことは進化の過程 で陸に上がって獲物との戦いで戦闘モードになって、呼吸の仕方も変わってきたのかな。 ようわからんけど、水中の中の気持ちよさはやはり昔々のDNAが刺激されるているんでしょ うか。薄学で結論でないとこがエー感じでしょ。
