9/27お久です。
 国体終了後オフとってます。結果は、兵庫県天皇杯9位でした。担当している(た)
個人の結果は、以下にて(正式記録は別サイトでね。)

衣笠(専修大)
 彼にとって一応、競泳引退レースでした。10才から8年指導した選手の最後のレース、
私自身は、結構冷静にみることができました。10才で全国JOCで初優勝してからもう11年
そりゃーたくさんのこと学ばせて頂きましたよ彼には・・
「お疲れさん!そして第2の人生のスタート、おめでとう^^!」

吉村(須磨学)
 予選決勝とも4−21台、決勝は3位でした。勝たしてあげたかったけど、今期の実力
でした。→結果に悔いなし。彼女指導歴3年、だいたいわかってきましたよ。
来年再来年、見てて下さい。バルセロナ&アテネさんまっててね^^。

正中(専修大)
 水泳復活歴6ヶ月の国体選手(詳しくは8月号参照)、開会式から楽しそうでしたよ。
レースはスタート0.57秒のFSぎりぎりで笑わせて(ーー;)くれました。まだまだ速く
なりそうですが、さてさてこれからどうするのかな^^。
彼みたいな水泳人生もいいですよね。せっぱつまって泳いでいるチビッコ選手、あわてない
あわてない・・。

というわけで、今シーズンも、まだまだ未熟さを身にしみた年となりました。

いい結果は、選手の実力、それなりの結果は私の実力(~o~)、がんばりまっさ、
ほなまた、ご指導ご鞭撻のほど、よろしゅうたのんますー。

9/12最近またシュノーケル使ってます。昨年はジャスコで1本1000円のやつでしたが、
  センターシュノーケルが手に入ったので、うれしそうにやってます。初めてのやつは、
  シュノーケルつけたまま、いきつぎしたりして笑えます^^。
  効果? 左右対称動作習得、低酸素・・でもないけどスピード上げると
  選手苦しそう=コーチ楽しそう(うそ)。

  最近の読書と音楽。
  頼朝(吉川)を読み終わって、やっぱ義経(司馬)やろと読みました。
  作者によって、人と物語の捉え方、書き方が違うのが面白い。
  で、今は親鸞です。(今回はまともな流れでしょ)
  音楽:最近良く聞くのはハッピーエンドの曲をいろんな人がやっている2枚組み(水原cのん)。
    基本的に黒人音楽なんですが、細野さん系は昔から好きです。
  若い頃はROCKING'ON とかよく読みましたよ。

  何で、練習メニューの合間に音楽話?まーえーやん。

固定観念:昨日のキック練習、15X100 1:35で、回れないやつ、FINキックで先頭泳がせ
てました。当たり前のように回っているので、ラスト3本FINなし!いうたら、これが
また、FINなしで回ってる。
おまけに2番の最初からFINなしさん、先頭がFINとったこと気づかず、抜かしてない。
ラストに「前、FINなしやで〜」いったとたん、抜かしよる。

これって、ありがちな、練習風景?。
