02.2月のトレーニング TeamK-1
1月号より続く、1/29-2/1まで吉村、小林はNA第3次合宿へ行ってきました。
そのまま出場した県JOCでは吉村IM4:48、小林15FR16:10と基礎体力
向上ができつつあります。
吉村IMはFLYが1:05ぐらいで泳げるようなったらIMでも戦えるかな〜。

やったーーーーーーー プールのパソコンでワークアウトマネージャー使えるようにしました。 マイパソ修理中で、20GBの携帯ハードディスク買いましてそれに バックアップとってそれで、無理やりdosをインストールしてそこから d−driveで使って・・・・・独り言でした(~_~;)
