02.2月のトレーニング TeamK-1

1月号より続く、1/29-2/1まで吉村、小林はNA第3次合宿へ行ってきました。
そのまま出場した県JOCでは吉村IM4:48、小林15FR16:10と基礎体力
向上ができつつあります。
吉村IMはFLYが1:05ぐらいで泳げるようなったらIMでも戦えるかな〜。
